13 June 2020, Wai Ji held the captioned day in Yuen Long Art Activities Centre, in order to outline the strategic development for year 2020 to 2023. Ms. Esther Kwong (Chairperson), Prof. Cecilia Li (Chairperson of Standing Committee on Strategic Planning and Development), Mr. Peter Leung (Vice Chairperson), Mr. Allen Leung (Hon. Treasurer), Director: Mr. Chung Chi Wai, Mr. Peter Lau, Mr. Richard Wong, Mr. Chan Kwong Fat, Members: Mr. Pang Ho Yin and Mr. Lee Man Key participated on the day. The Executive committee members and unit managers also joined the discussion.

There were six scopes to cover on the day:

1. Ageing rehabilitation development
2. Community based rehabilitation service
3. Vocational rehabilitation service
4. Parents supporting service
5. Admin and IT service
6. Finance arrangement 

All participants were divided into three groups to focus on the discussion of two topics and shared their vision afterwards. It was a good starting point and valuable ideas were shared. We shall move on to the next step on prioritize and working on actual timeline.
